3.Using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar in small bowl until light and fluffy; beat in eggs one at a time, beat until combined.
4.Stir in dates, walnuts and banana, then bran, flour and milk; stir to combine.
5.Spoon mixture into prepared tins; place upright in oven.
6.Bake for about 1 hour. Stand rolls in tins, with lids on, for 10 minutes.
7.Remove lids, place rolls on a wire rack. Cool, then serve.
We used 3 bananas in this recipe. When baking with a nut roll tin, place it upright in the oven. Nut roll tins are available at selected stores. If unavailable, use a loaf tin instead. These rolls will keep for about three days.
