Banana and nutella jaffles

Super quick and easy to make, these banana and nutella jaffles, will become a favourite after-school snack among the little ones. We've used raisin bread for an extra flavour hit.

Banana and nutella jaffles
  • 4 slice raisin bread
  • 1 tablespoon nutella
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon sultanas
  • 50 gram butter, softened

    Preheat a jaffle iron or sandwich press.

    Spread 2 slices of the raisin bread with nutella. Arrange banana and sprinkle sultanas on top. Finish with remaining 2 slices of the raisin bread.

    Spread outsides with butter. Toast for 3-4 minutes until golden. Set aside for 5 minutes. Serve with sliced fruit.
