Banana and choc-hazelnut dessert pizza

Put a delicious sweet twist on this traditional Italian dish with the addition of chocolate, hazelnut and sweet bananas. The golden crumbly topping is the perfect ingredient to finish off this decadent dessert.

  • 1/2 cup (40g) flaked almonds
  • 1/3 cup (50g) plain flour
  • 30 gram butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

  • 2 22cn (9-inch) round pizza bases (340g)
  • cooking oil spray
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced thinly
  • 1/3 cup (110g) chocolate-hazelnut spread, warmed

    Preheat oven to 240°C. Oil 2 oven or pizza trays; place in heated oven.

    To make crumble, combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

    Place pizza bases on trays, spray with cooking oil; top with banana, sprinkle with crumble.

    Bake pizzas about 10 minutes or until bases are browned and crisp. Drizzle with warmed spread.
