Method
1.Cut quails in half through centre of breast bones and either side of backbone; discard backbone.
2.Combine quail, garlic, sambal oelek, honey, sauce, sugar and oil in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
3.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
4.Place quail on rack over baking dish; roast 15 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 220°C (200°C fan-forced); roast further 10 minutes or until quail are crisp and tender.
