- 100 gram (3 ounces) baby spinach leaves
- 50 gram (1½ ounces) shaved parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
Baby spinach and parmesan salad
- 1Place baby spinach leaves, parmesan cheese and toasted pine nuts in a large bowl. Combine balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a screw-top jar; shake well, season to taste. Drizzle dressing over salad; toss gently to combine.
