1.In a medium bowl, mix beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley and egg. Season to taste. Shape mixture into 4 evenly sized patties. Place on a tray, cover and chill 15 minutes until firm.
2.Preheat an oiled barbecue plate on medium. Cook patties 3-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
3.Spread one side of each roll with sauce. Top with lettuce, a patty, cheese, beetroot, pineapple, tomato, egg and onion. Top with remaining half of roll.
For more even more flavour, add 2 onions cooked on the barbecue. Melt the cheese by placing the slices on the turned patties as you cook the second side.
