Asian-style coleslaw
- 2 cup (160g) finely shredded wombok (napa cabbage)
- 1 carrot (120g), grated coarsely
- 3 green onions, sliced thinly
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh coriander leaves
- 100 gram crispy fried noodles
Plum and soy dressing
- 2 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon plum sauce
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon caster (superfine) sugar
Method
