Asian spinach noodles

Perfect as a light vegetarian dinner or a delicious side for a larger Asian banquet, this warm and flavour-packed spinach and mushroom noodle dish is super tasty.

Method

1.Heat oil in a large wok on high. Stir-fry mushroom and white of onions 2-3 minutes, until tender.
2.Add spinach, green of onions, tamari, seeds and oil. Stir fry 1-2 minutes, until just wilted. Toss vinegar and cooked noodles through.

Accompany with a little extra tamari – a Japanese soy sauce, made without wheat.
