Asian cabbage salad

This fresh, zesty Asian salad is perfect as a side dish for a big dinner spread or add some rare beef for a complete Summer meal.

Asian cabbage salad
  • 3 cup finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 red capsicum, finely sliced
  • 100 gram green beans, trimmed, finely sliced
  • 1 red chilli, finely sliced
  • 2 teaspoon palm sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 lime, juice and finely grated rind

    In a bowl, combine cabbage, coriander leaves, capsicum, green beans and chilli.

    In a separate bowl, combine rind and juice of lime, palm sugar and sesame oil. Toss through cabbage salad to serve.
