Ingredients

  • 2 small_piece apples
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water

Method

    Peel apples; cut into quarters. Remove core; slice apple.

    In a small saucepan, place apple with sugar, cinnamon and the water, cover. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, about 10 minutes or until apple is pulpy. Whisk until sauce is smooth.
