Ingredients: 1 cup ice cubes; 45 millilitre vodka; 30 millilitre cointreau; 2 teaspoon cranberry juice; 1 tablespoon apple juice; 2 centimetre strip apple peel

Ingredients

1 cup ice cubes

45 millilitre vodka

30 millilitre cointreau

2 teaspoon cranberry juice

1 tablespoon apple juice

2 centimetre strip apple peel

Method

1.Combine ice cubes, vodka, Cointreau and combined juices in cocktail shaker; shake vigorously.

2.Strain into chilled 230ml glass. Garnish with apple peel.

When making several serves, make up to three quantities of recipe in cocktail shaker at a time.
