Ingredients

Aperol spritz cocktail
  • 90 millilitre proscco (or another dry sparkling white wine)
  • 1/2 cup ice-cubes
  • dash of soda
  • 60 millilitre aperol aperitif
  • 1 slice lime or orange, to garnish
