300 gram angel hair pasta

425 gram can tuna

4 medium tomatoes, finely chopped

2 tablespoon baby capers, rinsed, drained

1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Method

1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain. Transfer pasta to large bowl.

2.Meanwhile, drain tuna in oil over small bowl; reserve 2 tablespoons of the oil. Flake tuna.

3.Add tomatoes, capers, parsley, tuna and reserved oil to pasta; mix gently.
