Ingredients
- 125 grams softened butter
- 2 crushed cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon rind
- 3 chopped anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Method
- 1Beat softened butter in a small bowl with an electric mixer until light and creamy.
- 2Beat in garlic, lemon rind, anchovy fillets and parsley until combined. Season with freshly ground pepper.
Notes
Freeze butter up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge; stand 30 minutes at room temperature before use.
