Almond milk
  • 1 cup (250ml) water
  • 1/2 cup (70g) toasted slivered almonds
  • 3 drops vanilla extract

Method

    Blend or process the water and nuts until pureed.

    Strain mixture through muslin-lined sieve into small jug; discard solids. Add extract; stir to combine. Refrigerate until chilled.
