Ingredients

Dill dressing

Method

1.Boil, steam or microwave potato until tender; drain. Cover.
2.Meanwhile, to make dill dressing: combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
3.Place potato in a large bowl; season. Add spinach and salmon; toss gently to combine.
4.Divide salad among serving plates; drizzle with dressing before serving.

Not suitable to freeze. Not suitable to microwave.
