Method

1.Combine eggs, milk, extract and sugar in large shallow bowl. Dip brioche in egg mixture.
2.Melt half the butter in a large frying pan, cook half of the brioche until browned on both sides. Remove from pan, cover to keep warm. Repeat process with remaining butter and brioche.
3.Serve brioche with strawberries and cream.
