Method

1.Combine pork and sauces in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour.
2.Cook pineapple on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned lightly. Remove from grill, cover to keep warm. Halve slices.
3.Cook pork over low heat on grill plate, covered, about 10 minutes or until cooked. Cover; stand 5 minutes then slice thinly.
4.Top pineapple with 2 slices of pork then sprouts.

The pineapple was cut in half lengthways, then sliced thinly.
