Somen noodle and tuna salad



1.Cook noodles in medium saucepan of boiling water until tender, drain. Rinse under cold water, drain.
2.Place onion in small bowl, cover with cold water, stand 5 minutes. Drain squeezing out excess moisture.
3.Place cucumber in colander. Season with salt, stand 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess moisture.
4.Place noodles, onion and cucumber in medium bowl with tuna, mayonnaise and sauce, toss gently to combine.
