Method

1.Brush potatoes with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
2.Skewer two or three potatoes on long thick metal skewers.
3.Serve with barbecued fish or meat.

The metal will conduct heat through the centre of the potatoes, helping them to cook faster.
