Method

1.Combine corn, capsicum, onion and cherry truss tomatoes with taco seasoning and chunky tomato salsa in large bowl, season.
2.Thread vegetables onto 8 metal skewers, cook skewers on heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill pan) about 15 minutes. Serve skewers with extra 1 1/3 cups bottled chunky tomato salsa.

Use metal skewers to pierce through the hard core of the corn slices.
