1.To make cucumber raita, combine yoghurt, cumin, cucumber and lemon juice in bowl. Cover and set aside.
2.Toss fish fillets in lemon pepper seasoning to coat evenly. Pan-fry seasoned fish fillets in a large, heated, greased, non-stick frypan for a few minutes each side, until just cooked through.
3.Serve seasoned fish fillets with cucumber raita.
