Lemon and green olive bbq chicken

To jazz up this recipe, cook 375g fresh papardelle pasta and toss with sliced cooked chicken and its juices, 50g fresh baby rocket, 100g torn fresh bocconcini and a light drizzle of olive oil.

1.Place olives, lemon, garlic, salt, oregano and turmeric into a food processor. Process until well combined, add oil and process until smooth. Rub all over chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Marinate for as long as time permits.
2.Place chicken breasts onto large sheets of foil and wrap up tightly to enclose.
3.Cook on a hot barbecue plate over a medium low heat for 10 minutes on both sides or until cooked through.
