Method

1.In a medium bowl, combine lamb with sauce. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.
2.In a heated oiled medium frying pan, cook lamb over medium-high heat 3 minutes each side or until cooked as desired. Remove from pan, cover; rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
3.Using a vegetable peeler, peel cucumber lengthways into ribbons.
4.Divide cucumber and lamb among wraps; roll to enclose filling.
