Method

1.Blend or process ingredients until smooth; push through fine sieve into large jug; discard solids. Season to taste. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours.
2.Make avocado salsa close to serving time. To make avocado salsa, combine ingredients in small bowl.
3.Serve bowls of gazpacho sprinkled with salsa.
