Method

1.Boil, steam or microwave beans until tender. Drain. Rinse beans under cold water, then drain and pat dry with absorbent paper.
2.Meanwhile, wash spinach; drain.
3.Heat oil in wok. Stir-fry garlic, ginger and chilli about 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add beans, spinach and peas; stir-fry about 1 minute or until spinach wilts and peas heat through. Season.
