A quick and easy garlic chilli pasta, perfect for those nights when you need to throw something together really quickly.

1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until just tender.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in medium non-stick frying pan; add garlic, chilli and anchovies. Cook, stirring, for about 3 minutes or until anchovies and garlic are soft.
3.Combine the drained pasta with anchovy mixture and parsley in a large serving bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

This recipe is best made just before serving.
