Five-spice pork and nashi in chilli plum dressing

1.In a large bowl, combine pork, oil and five-spice; stand 10 minutes.
2.Cook pork on a heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) over medium heat 20 minutes or until browned all over and just cooked through. Cover to keep warm.
3.Meanwhile, make chilli plum dressing.
4.Thickly slice pork. Combine mizuna, onion and nashi in a large bowl with two-thirds of the dressing. Serve salad topped with pork; drizzle with remaining dressing.

5.Combine ingredients in a screw-top jar; shake well.

You can use apples or firm pears instead of the nashi, if preferred. Refrigerate the pork for 3 hours or overnight for a more intense flavour.
