Fish with thai-style dressing

You can use any firm white fish fillet, such as ling or blue-eye, for this tasty fish with thai-style dressing.



1.Combine snow pea shoots, mint, coriander, shallots and chilli in a medium bowl.
2.Cook fish on a heated, oiled grill plate (or barbecue or grill) for about 4 minutes on each side, or until browned and just cooked through.
3.Meanwhile, combine lime juice, sugar and fish sauce in a small bowl; stir until combined.
4.Serve fish topped with salad and drizzled with lime dressing.

Not suitable to freeze. Suitable to microwave.
