Chicken yakitori with sesame dipping sauce



1.Make sesame dipping sauce. Stir ingredients, soy sauce, sugar, mirin oil, and seeds in small saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
2.Thread each tenderloin onto a skewer, brush skewers with half the dipping sauce.
3.Cook skewers, in batches, in heated oiled grill pan until chicken is cooked. Serve skewers with remaining dipping sauce.

You need to soak 12 bamboo skewers in cold water for at least an hour before use to prevent them from splintering or burning during cooking.
