This is a delicious way to get your daily dose of fresh vegetables.

1.Boil, steam or microwave bok choy until wilted; drain. Brush with half the peanut oil; cook bok choy on heated barbecue until tender.
2.Combine broccolini, peas and corn in large bowl with remaining peanut oil; mix well. Cook vegetables, in batches, on heated barbecue until tender.
3.Meanwhile, combine mirin, sauces, garlic, sugar and sesame oil in same large bowl; add vegetables, mix well.

Vegetarian oyster sauce is made from blended mushrooms and soy sauce, and is available from health food stores and some supermarkets.
