1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water, until tender, drain. Coarsely chop some of the pasta for toddler.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in large saucepan, cook onion and garlic, stirring, until onion softens. Add paste, cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add sauce and prawns, bring to the boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, about 3 minutes or until prawns are cooked through. Coarsely chop a prawn.
3.Combine toddler’s pasta, some of the sauce and chopped prawn in a small bowl.
4.Add olives and chilli to remaining sauce, season to taste, cook, stirring, until heated through.Add remaining pasta, stir to coat in sauce. Divide into serving bowls, sprinkle with rocket.

This recipe is best made as close to serving as possible as prawns toughen on reheating.
