Method

1.Blend 2 teaspoons fine semolina and ⅓ cup of water in a small saucepan; stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Cool to room temperature. Push banana through a sieve into a small bowl. Combine semolina with banana purée to serve.

Banana purée is best eaten on the day of making.
