Method

1.Heat oil in a medium frying pan. Cook beef for about 3 minutes on each side or until cooked as desired. Transfer to a large plate and drizzle with 2 tbs of the dressing. Cover and stand 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
2.Combine tomato, salad leaves, mint and remaining dressing in a large bowl. Season to taste and serve salad topped with beef.
