Method

1.Heat oil in small frying pan, cook garlic, stirring, until fragrant. Add wine, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, until liquid reduces by half.
2.Add cream and mustard to pan, cook, stirring, until sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat, stir in basil.

Goes well over hot potato salad, pan-fried fish fillets or grilled lamb cutlets.
