Za’atar-grilled lamb with fattoush

1.Combine garlic, paprika, sumac, oregano, the water and oil in medium bowl; add lamb, turn to coat in mixture.
2.Cook lamb on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned both sides and cooked as desired. Cover lamb; stand 10 minutes then slice thickly.
3.Meanwhile, make fattoush. Split pitta in half; toast pitta under preheated grill. Combine cucumber, tomato, radish, onion, herbs and lettuce in large bowl. Place sumac, juice and oil in screw-top jar; shake well. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently. Break pitta into small pieces over salad just before serving.
4.Serve lamb with fattoush.
