Satay sauce

Method

1.Cut each fillet into 6 long slices; thread onto 12 skewers. In a small shallow baking dish, combine remaining ingredients; add chicken, turn to coat in marinade. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 1 hour.
2.Meanwhile, to make satay sauce: In a small saucepan, stir ingredients over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
3.Remove skewers from marinade; drain.
4.On an oiled heated grill plate, cook chicken for about 6-8 minutes, turning halfway, or until cooked through. Serve with lime wedges and sauce.

Not suitable to microwave.
