Method

1.Trim fat from chicken fillets and cut chicken into 3cm pieces. Heat a little oil in a large pan, add chicken and stir over heat until lightly browned.
2.Add bacon, stir over heat a further 1-2 minutes until bacon is just crisp. Stir in pasta sauce, oregano leaves, cayenne pepper, ¾ cup water and baked beans.
3.Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes until chicken is tender and liquid has reduced to form a thick sauce, stirring occasionally. Serve with pasta or crusty bread.
4.Garnish with fresh oregano leaves.
