Rosemary roast potatoes

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and perfumed with fresh rosemary leaves, the only other thing these roast potatoes need is a little bit of salt and pepper.

1.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.
2.Make 1cm cuts in each potato, slicing about three-quarters of the way through. Combine potatoes with oil in large baking dish. Bake about 1 hour.
3.Increase oven temperature to 220°C/200°C fan-forced; bake about 15 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender. Sprinkle with rosemary.

We used desiree potatoes in this recipe.
