1.Cut pork in half lengthways. Combine pork and sauce in a medium bowl, turn to coat in mixture.
2.Cook pork on a heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) for about 8 minutes each side or until cooked as desired. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
3.Meanwhile, segment oranges into a large bowl and add chilli, sprouts, salad leaves, coriander and combined juice and oil. Toss gently to combine.
4.Thinly slice the pork. Divide salad among serving bowls and top with pork.
