Method

1.Heat butter in a large frying pan. Add garlic, anchovy, almonds and ocean trout fillets to pan; cook, covered, about 5 minutes or until cooked as desired.
2.Remove fish from pan; stir in lemon juice and parsley into anchovy butter sauce. Serve fish drizzled with sauce.
