Method

1.Preheat grill.
2.Place lamb on oiled oven tray, season. Grill for 3 minutes. Turn lamb, spread uncooked side with mustard, sprinkle with parmesan. Grill for 2 minutes or until browned lightly and cooked.
3.Boil, steam or microwave potato and asparagus, separately, until tender. When potato has cooled slightly, slice thickly. Toss potato, oil and parsley in a large bowl to combine, season to taste.
4.Serve lamb with asparagus, potatoes and lemon wedges.
