Method
1.Cook rice in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender; drain. Cover to keep warm.
2.Meanwhile, scrub mussels; remove beards.
3.Combine the water, sauce and chilli in large saucepan; bring to a boil. Add mussels; simmer, covered, until mussels open (discard any that do not). Stir in juice.
4.Divide rice among bowls; top with mussels, broth, coriander then onion.
