1.Soak beans in a medium bowl of cold water overnight, drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.
2.Place beans in a medium saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or until beans are almost tender. Drain.
3.Cook sausages in batches in a large deep saucepan until browned, drain on absorbent paper.
4.Heat oil in same pan, cook onion, garlic and capsicum, stirring until onion softens. Add cumin, paprika and chilli, cook, stirring for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
5.Add beans and tomatoes, bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 1 hour or until beans are tender.
6.Return sausages to pan and simmer covered for 10 minutes or until sausages are cooked through. Remove from heat, stir in oregano.
