Method

1.In a shallow dish, combine teriyaki, mirin, honey, ginger and garlic. Add fish, turning to coat. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
2.Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Cook fish for 8-10 minutes, turning once, until cooked to taste. Brush fish with marinade during cooking.
3.Serve with kipflers, tomatoes and garlic.
