1.Combine soy sauce, mirin and honey in small jug with water, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, garlic and ginger.
2.Meanwhile, heat remaining sesame oil in wok; stir-fry pork, in batches, until browned.
3.Stir-fry onion and sugar snap peas until tender. Return pork to wok with sauce mixture; stir-fry until pork is cooked as desired. Serve with hokkien noodles.
