Method

1.Heat oil in a wok over high heat, stir-fry onion, garlic, ginger and chilli until onion softens. Add lamb, stir-fry until browned. Add sauce, juice, chestnuts, sprouts and half the mint, stir-fry until hot. Season to taste.
2.Divide lamb mixture between lettuce leaves, sprinkle with remaining mint.
