1.Combine chicken and harissa in medium bowl; season. Cook chicken in heated oiled large frying pan.
2.Meanwhile, toast cut sides of buns. Using a vegetable peeler, cut cucumber into long thin strips.
3.Sandwich spinach, chicken, cucumber and beetroot dip between buns.
