Grilled lamb with paprikash sauce



1.Cook lamb on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue). Cover, stand 5 minutes then slice thickly.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in medium saucepan, cook onion, stirring, until onion softens. Add garlic and spices, cook, stirring, about 1 minute or until fragrant.
3.Add undrained tomatoes and the water, bring to the boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.
4.Serve lamb with paprikash sauce.
