Ingredients

Ginger and garlic dressing

Method

1.Cook fish in heated lightly oiled large frying pan, uncovered, until cooked through.
2.Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave gai lan until tender; drain.
3.To make ginger and garlic dressing; combine ingredients in a screw-top jar; shake well.
4.Serve fish with gai lan; drizzle with dressing.

You can use any firm white-fleshed fish fillets.
